Email PageNon-Annex I Parties, consistent with their capabilities and the level of support provided for reporting, should submit their first BUR by December 2014, and every two years thereafter. The least developed country Parties and small island developing States may submit BURs at their own discretion. The BURs shall be prepared in accordance with the guidelines contained in decision 2/CP.17. All participating Parties’ submissions can be found on the UNFCC website, including information regarding the status of BUR submissions.
