Email PageMethaneSAT will be an orbiting satellite that provides regular monitoring of methane emissions by location. The satellite will also quantify the emissions rate. It will be able to measure methane from oil and gas production, industrial agriculture and other sources. The data will include highly precise point source, area source and sector-wide quantification (130 m x 400 m pixels across >200 m swath).
