Email PageThis report discusses the requirements for growing and finishing cattle on the basis of medium- and large-frame animals, re-calculated energy requirements and energy contents of feed stuffs for beef cattle, processing feed stuffs and environmental influences on nutrient requirements of beef cattle, predicting equations to permit estimates of feed intake, energy, protein, calcium and phosphorus requirements, and weight gain, estimated water intake of cattle, and composition of feeds and mineral supplements.
